hell is so close, and heaven's out of reach,

so, my name's liz, which is prolly pretty evident from my username.
i've had this live journal account for quite a while now, but i've finally decided to use it since it's totally in now.
or at least, that's what everyone's saying.
well, not really, but, that's what my mind's screamin' to me. =]
on to the introduction!
so, i'm a music addict, mostly for alternative, rock, indie, and i've got a few embarrassing pop songs on my ipod. i've got a thing for pop-like sounding music, and melodic sounds. lyrics are really what i love, it's probably because i've always loved poems and used to write them. if i could team up with a musician and just write lyrics to songs, i would totally do that for a living. but of course, i'm not that talented.
i like to write, and i like to read. i like to make graphics too.
most of the stuff i'm going to post here is going to be me babbling on.
i'll probably join a few communities and post in some of them.
i'm pretty excited about this new venture, and i really hope this is something that lasts and turns out to be somewhatttt successful.
